Board of Directors

Our board of directors make up a governing board, providing insight and perspective to the CEO. The board oversees three main strategic initiatives—governance, financial sustainability, and advocacy. We expect that our board of directors assume a position of leadership in their personal and professional community by nominating potential board, task force, and committee members. Additionally, our board of directors serve as key members of committees including Governance, Financial Sustainability, Advocacy, and more.

Board member expectations:

  • Attend and actively participate in 100% of board meetings and 100% of assigned committee/task force meetings.
  • Serve on one of the following committee or task force(s): Governance, Audit, Financial Stability, Compensation, Advocacy, or Arizona Endowment Building Initiative.
  • Promote Stardust in their personal and professional community by nominating potential board, task force, and committee members.
  • Give a meaningful, financial charitable gift.
